Cllr Mr Nigel Hodder

Cllr Mr Nigel Hodder (Chairman)

Nigel joined the Parish Council in July 2019 and took over as Chair in May 2022. He has been active in the village during the 15 years he lived there and despite a recent move to Milborne St Andrew still has Milton Abbas very close to his heart.

He is a Coordinator for Milton Abbas Neighbourcar, our local community transport scheme, and is Secretary of Patient Voice, the surgery patient participation group. Having chaired the Street Fair three times (2009/11/13) he then became a Trustee of the charity "Milton Abbas Street Fair Trust" created in 2015, and is currently Secretary. He is also a Trustee of Friends of Luccombe Hub, a special educational needs school.
